Subsequent Edit: It looks like this decision had more merit than I originally thought. It appears that even the McLaren drivers had access to information within the documents.
The FIA make another decision that I find hard to believe.
According to what I have read... a McLaren guy got some Ferrari documentation which he kept at home. He and a Ferrari guy then started shopping around for a new job at other teams and then his team gets fined $100m and removed from the constructors championship even though nobody else at McLaren saw the document and none of the information was used on their car. If that is really what happened then it sounds like a pretty stupid decision to me.
